About Line 7

Tram line 7 in Zürich runs between Bahnhof Stettbach on the eastern edge of the city and Wollishoferplatz in the south. The route passes through Schwamendingen and the tram tunnel before continuing via Milchbuck, Central, Bahnhofstrasse/HB, Paradeplatz and Bahnhof Enge to Wollishofen.

Route of Zürich Line 7

Starting at Bahnhof Stettbach, line 7 initially runs westwards along Dübendorfstrasse, serving Mattenhof, Probstei, Glattwiesen and Roswiesen before reaching Schwamendingerplatz. From there, the line enters the Schwamendingen tram tunnel, serving Ueberlandpark, Waldgarten and Tierspital before returning above ground at Milchbuck. The route then continues via Guggachstrasse and Schaffhauserplatz before following Weinbergstrasse through Röslistrasse, Ottikerstrasse, Sonneggstrasse and Haldenegg to Central. From Central, line 7 crosses Bahnhofbrücke and continues along Bahnhofstrasse via Bahnhofstrasse/HB and Rennweg to Paradeplatz.

From Paradeplatz, line 7 follows Bleicherweg through Stockerstrasse and Tunnelstrasse to Bahnhof Enge. It then continues south along Seestrasse, serving Museum Rietberg, Brunaustrasse and Billoweg before reaching Bahnhof Wollishofen/Staubstrasse. From there, the line runs through Wollishofen via Renggerstrasse, Morgental and Butzenstrasse to its southern terminus at Wollishoferplatz.
