Tram line 4 in Zürich
Tram line 4 in Zürich runs between Rehalp in the south-east of the city and Bahnhofstrasse/HB in the city centre. The route runs through Hegibachplatz and Kreuzplatz to Bahnhof Stadelhofen, before continuing via Bellevue and the historic Limmatquai to Central and Bahnhofstrasse/HB.
Note: At Bahnhofstrasse/HB, line 4 changes to line 13. Passengers travelling through the stop can remain on board, allowing a direct journey between Rehalp and Albisgütli without changing trams.
Starting at Rehalp, line 4 runs towards the city centre via Friedhof Enzenbühl, Balgrist, Burgwies and Hegibachplatz before continuing through Signaustrasse and Kreuzplatz to Bahnhof Stadelhofen. From there, the line runs to Bellevue and then follows the Limmatquai through the old town, serving Helmhaus, Rathaus and Rudolf-Brun-Brücke before reaching Central. The line then continues to its city-centre terminus at Bahnhofstrasse/HB.
