Tram line 5 in Zürich

About Line 5

Tram line 5 in Zürich runs between Laubegg in the south of the city and Bahnhof Stadelhofen, travelling via Bahnhof Enge, Paradeplatz, Bürkliplatz and Bellevue.

Note: Line 5 does not operate on Sundays or public holidays. A small number of late-evening services terminate before Bahnhof Stadelhofen.

Route of Zürich Line 5

Starting at Laubegg, line 5 runs downhill via Saalsporthalle and Sihlcity Nord before continuing through Waffenplatzstrasse to Bahnhof Enge/Bederstrasse. From there, the line runs via Tunnelstrasse and Stockerstrasse to Paradeplatz, then continues along Bahnhofstrasse through Kantonalbank and Bürkliplatz. After crossing Quaibrücke, the line serves Bellevue before continuing to its eastern terminus at Bahnhof Stadelhofen.
