The route continues south along St Kilda Road through St Kilda Junction. Beyond Carlisle Street, it follows Brighton Road through St Kilda and Elwood, serving St Kilda Primary School and Chapel Street before continuing towards Elsternwick.
At Elsternwick, Line 67 turns east onto Glen Huntly Road and serves Elsternwick Station before continuing through Caulfield South and Glen Huntly. It passes Glenhuntly Tram Depot and Glen Huntly Station, then follows Glen Huntly Road to Truganini Road before turning south for the final section to Carnegie.
