Tram line 1 in Oran

Tram line 1 in Oran runs from Es Senia Université in the south of the city and Gare Routière de Sidi Maarouf, to the east of the city. Trams run approximately every 6 minutes on weekdays and every 8 minutes on Fridays.

From the terminus stop at Es Senia Université, the line heads northwest, running along the N2A, passing Es Senia Sud, before it crosses the W33 and continues in a more northerly direction, still along the N2A. Passing and Es Senia Centre, the line eventually passes under 4e Rocade d'Oran and stops at Moulay AEK. From Moulay AEK, the line continues along the N2A, passing IGMO and Cité Volontaire ENSET, before it crosses over Trémie Emir Abdelkader and stops at Lycée les Palmiers.

From Lycée les Palmiers, the line continues along the N2A, passing Jardin Othmania, Cité Universitaire Hai El Badr, Sûreté de Wilaya and Palais de sports, before passing underneath Boulevard Colonel Lotfi and stopping at Ghaouti. From Ghaouti, the line continues along the N2A, passing Medina Djadida, until it reaches Tlemcen Houaha.

From Tlemcen Houaha, the line turns right and runs along the N2, passing Place Mokrani, until it reaches Place Premier November 1954 it runs around the west and north of the square, stopping at Place 1er Novembre, which is located on the north side. From Place 1er Novembre, the line runs southeast along Boulevard Emir AEK, until it reaches Rue Med Boudiaf, which it turns left on to and stops at Emir Abdelkader. From Emir Abdelkader, the line runs east along Rue Med Boudiaf, passing Gare SNTF and 1er Boulevard, before crossing Boulevard Colonel Ahmed Ben Abderrezak and joining Rue Colonel Abdelkader Chabou. and then Avenue Aspt Hammou Mokhtar to stop at Place Moulay.

From Place Moulay, the line continues east along Avenue Aspt Hammou Mokhtar, stopping at Maalem and Hammou Mokhtar Les Castors, which is located underneath the roundabout Rond-Point Dar El Beida. From Hammou Mokhtar Les Castors, the line continues east along Route Nationale N11, until it reaches Mosquée Ibn Badis.

From Mosquée Ibn Badis, the line pases underneath Rond-Point Cité Jamal Eddine El Afghani and turns left to head northeast, alongside 3ème Boulevard Péripherique, passing Palais de justice, until it reaches Rond-Point Les 3 Cliniques, where it turns right and heads east, passing Carrefour 3 Cliniques, Cité USTO, Hôpital 1er Novembre and Université USTO, until it reaches USTO-Bifurcation, where it turns right to head southeast, passing Yassmine, until it reaches a road junction with a major unnamed road, where it turn right and runs southwest, passing Hai Sabah. From Hai Sabah, the line continues southwest until it reaches the junction with the W46, where it turns left and heads east alongside the W46, passed the tram depot to the terminus at Gare Routière de Sidi Maarouf.
