Tram line L3 in Sydney

About Line L3

The L3 Kingsford Line in Sydney runs between Circular Quay and Juniors Kingsford, travelling through the central business district via George Street before continuing through Surry Hills, Moore Park and Kensington. It shares tracks with line L2 between Circular Quay and Moore Park.

Route of Sydney line L3

Starting at Circular Quay, line L3 runs west along Alfred Street before turning south onto George Street, serving Bridge Street, Wynyard, QVB, Town Hall and Chinatown. From Chinatown, the line continues via Haymarket and Eddy Avenue to Central Chalmers Street, beside Central Station.

From Central Chalmers Street, the route follows Devonshire Street through Surry Hills before continuing on reserved infrastructure through Moore Park to the stop on Anzac Parade.

After Moore Park, line L3 separates from line L2 and continues south along Anzac Parade, serving ES Marks, Kensington, UNSW Anzac Parade and Kingsford before reaching its southern terminus at Juniors Kingsford.
