Line B opened to passengers on 14 February 2026, linking Brest railway station with the CHU de la Cavale Blanche. It serves the city centre, the University of Western Brittany and the Bellevue district, with a tram interchange at Liberté.

From the station forecourt at Gares, the route follows Avenue Georges Clemenceau to Liberté Quartz, then continues through Rue Duquesne and Avenue Foch past Hôpital Morvan and Place Albert 1er. It crosses the new bridge beside Pont Robert Schuman to reach Avenue Victor Le Gorgeu.
The line serves the university at Yves Le Gallo - Cité U and Université before entering Kergoat. It then crosses the Normandie valley on Pont Toullic ar Ran and continues through Bellevue, serving the ice rink at Patinoire and the bus interchange at Le Bergot.
After Rives de Penfeld, the tram crosses the Penfeld on Pont de la Villeneuve, where trams in both directions share a single track. It terminates below the CHU de la Cavale Blanche, with the inclined lift providing access to the hospital entrance.
