Line 75 of the Melbourne tram system runs between Vermont South & Burwood Highway to the east of the city and Central Pier & Harbour Esplanade in the Docklands area. The entire journey takes about an hour and 13 minutes and there are trams every 8 - 12 minutes during the week, every 12 - 15 minutes on Saturdays and every 12 - 20 minutes on Sundays.
After leaving the terminus stop Vermont South & Burwood Highway, the line runs west along Burwood Highway, calling at Stanley Road & Burwood Highway, Springvale Road & Burwood Highway, Lakeside Drive & Burwood Highway, Sevenoaks Road & Burwood Highway, Blackburn Road & Burwood Highway, Highview Grove & Burwood Highway, Benwerrin Reserve & Burwood Highway and Old Burwood Road & Burwood Highway.
After leaving, Old Burwood Road & Burwood Highway, the line continues in a southwesterly direction, still following Burwood Highway, stopping at Middleborough Road & Burwood Highway, from where the route heads west, calling at Starling Street & Burwood Highway, Station Street & Burwood Highway, Deakin University & Burwood Highway, Elgar Road & Burwood Highway, Presbyterian Ladies College, Millicent Street & Burwood Highway, Gilmour Street & Burwood Highway and Warrigal Road & Burwood Highway.
From Warrigal Road & Burwood Highway, the line continues east along Toorak Road, calling at Queens Parade & Toorak Road, Alfred Road & Toorak Road, Beryl Street & Toorak Road, Grandview Avenue & Toorak Road, Lithgow Street & Toorak Road and Summerhill Road & Toorak Road. After leaving Summerhill Road & Toorak Road, the line continues along Toorak Road until it reaches the junction with Camberwell Road, which it turns right onto.
Heading northwest along Camberwell Road, the line calls at Smith Road & Camberwell Road, Wilson Gve & Camberwell Road, Glen Iris Road & Camberwell Road, Orange Grove & Camberwell Road, Acheron Avenue & Camberwell Road, Bowen Street & Camberwell Road, Trafalgar Road & Camberwell Road, Camberwell Civic Centre, Camberwell Primary School and then reaches Camberwell Junction & Riversdale Road, where it turns left to run along Riversdale Road.
Running along Riversdale Road, the line calls at Camberwell Tram Depot & Riversdale Road, Hastings Road & Riversdale Road, Tooronga Road & Riversdale Road, Auburn Road & Riversdale Road, Robinson Road & Riversdale Road, Kooyongkoot Road & Riversdale Road, Berkeley Street & Riversdale Road, Riversdale Road & Glenferrie Road, Fordholm Road & Riversdale Road, Through Street & Riversdale Road and Riversdale Junction.
From Riversdale Junction, the line turns right to run north along Power Street, calling at Wattle Road & Power Street and Burwood Road & Power Street, and then turning left to run west along Burwood Road, calling at Hawthorn Station & Burwood Road and Yarra Street & Burwood Road, before continuing along Burwood Road to Hawthorn Bridge & Bridge Road, from where it crosses the Yarra River.
After crossing the Yarra River, the line runs west along Bridge Road, calling at Westbank Tce & Bridge Road, Burnley Street & Bridge Road, Coppin Street & Bridge Road, Richmond Town Hall & Bridge Road, Church Street & Bridge Road, Waltham Street & Bridge Road, Epworth Hospital & Bridge Road and Punt Road & Bridge Road. After leaving Punt Road & Bridge Road, the line continues west along Wellington Parade, calling at Simpson Street & Wellington Parade, Jolimont Station/MCG & Wellington Parade, Jolimont Road & Wellington Parade and Lansdowne Street & Wellington Parade, until it reaches the junction with Spring Street, where it joins Flinders Street, heading in a southwesterly direction.
