Line 19 of the Melbourne tram system runs between Bakers Rd & Sydney Rd in Coburg North, in the north of the city and Flinders Street Station, in the center of the city. The entire journey takes about 41 minutes and there are trams every 6 minutes during the week, every 8 minutes on Saturdays and between every 8 - 20 minutes on Sundays.
After leaving the terminus stop Bakers Rd & Sydney Rd, the line runs south to Mercy College & Sydney Road, before following Sydney Road as it takes a more southeasterly direction, calling at Carr Street & Sydney Road, Gaffney Street & Sydney Road, Rogers Street & Sydney Road and Pentridge Boulevard & Sydney Road.
From Pentridge Boulevard & Sydney Road, the line continues on Sydney Road, now heading south and calling at Bell Street & Sydney Road, Victoria Street & Sydney Road, Harding Street & Sydney Road, Reynard Street & Sydney Road, The Avenue & Sydney Road, Moore Street & Sydney Road, Sydney Road & Moreland Road, Brunswick Tram Depot & Sydney Road, Albion Street & Sydney Road, Stewart Street & Sydney Road, Blyth Street & Sydney Road, Victoria Street & Sydney Road, Albert Street & Sydney Road, Dawson Street & Sydney Road, Barkly Square & Sydney Road and Brunswick Road & Sydney Road.
From Brunswick Road & Sydney Road, the line continues south, now on Royal Parade, calling at Princes Park & Royal Parade, Ievers Street & Royal Parade, Walker Street & Royal Parade, Leonard Street & Royal Parade, Cemetery Road West & Royal Parade, Gatehouse Street & Royal Parade, Morrah Street & Royal Parade, University of Melbourne & Royal Parade and Royal Melbourne Hospital & Royal Parade.
From Royal Melbourne Hospital & Royal Parade, the line turns slightly to the leftr and joins Elizabeth Street, travelling southeast, calling at Haymarket & Elizabeth Street, Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne Central Station & Elizabeth Street, Bourke Street Mall & Elizabeth Street, Collins Street & Elizabeth Street and the terminus stop Flinders Street Station.
