Tram line 14 in Zürich

About Line 14

Tram line 14 in Zürich runs between the terminus stops of Triemli in the west of the city and Seebach in the north of the city. The entire journey takes about 39 minutes and there is a tram every 7 or 8 minutes during the week and on Saturdays, rising to every 10 minutes on Sundays.

Route of Zürich line 14

Starting from the terminus at Triemli, the line runs along Birmensdorferstrasse towards the city, to Schmiede Wiedikon, where the line and the road turn right, going past Bahnhof Wiedikon and joining Badnerstrasse at Stauffacher. From Stauffacher, the line continues along Badnerstrasse, before turning left onto Kasernenstrasse and then turning right to cross Gessnerbrücke and onto Usteristrasse. At Löwenplatz, the line turns left and runs along Löwenstrasse towards the main station, before turning righ onto Bahnhofplatz and the stop at Bahnhofplatz / HB.

From Bahnhofplatz / HB, the line turns left onto Bahnhofquai, before crossing Walchebrücke and following Walchestrasse and Stampfenbachstrasse to the stop at Kronenstrasse. From Kronenstrasse, the line follows Schaffhauserstrasse past Schaffhauserplatz to Milchbuck. From Milchbuck, the line continues along Schaffhauserstrasse, passing Sternen Oerlikon and Bahnhof Oerlikon Ost, until it reaches the terminus at Seebach.
