Tram line 21 in Basel
Tram line 21 in Basel runs from Bahnhof St. Johann in the west of the city to Badischer Bahnhof in the east and is operated by Basler Verkehrs-Betriebe (BVB). The entire journey takes about 10 minutes and trams only run a limited service on the line on weekdays between 6:30am and 9:00 and 15:30 and 18:30.
From the terminus stop at Bahnhof St. Johann, the line runs along Voltastrasse past Voltaplatz and Novartis Campus, before crossing the Rhine on Dreirosenbrüke and travelling down Horburgstrasse to Brombacherstrasse. From Brombacherstrasse, the line turns right on to Riehenring, past Musical Theater and travels to Messelatz, where the line turns left under the Messe Basel center and travels along Rosentalstrasse until it reaches the terminus at Badischer Bahnhof.
